How to Prep for Your Appointment:

Please make sure your hair is free of any tangles/matts, heavy products or oils before any service; failure to come in prepped properly will add an upcharge to your service.

Cancellation/ No Show Policy:

All cancellations MUST be canceled/rescheduled in the appropriate time frame to avoid charges:

• 24 HOUR CANCELLATION WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE BOOKED

• NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICE BOOKED

• Tardiness: A 15 minute grace period is allotted, after 15 minutes your appointment will be rescheduled with a 50% charge of service booked

(In the event your card has insufficient funds you will no longer be able to book with Amari Simone Hair Studio.)

Redo Policy

In the event you are unsatisfied with your hair Amari Simone Hair Studio will honor a 7 day period to contact me. A.S Hair Studio will work with you until your satisfaction, with that being said Amari Simone Hair Studio does not issue any refunds on services rendered.

New Color Clients

All NEW color clients MUST book a consultation before making a color appointment. Failure to book a consultation before color appointment will result in a cancelled appointment.
